VISITOR PARKING RULES

Digital Visitor Passes Must Be Obtained Through pass10x.com And Are Required In Order To Park In Visitor Parking.

Residents Are Not Permitted To Park In Visitor Parking

Vehicles Without A Valid Digital Visitor Parking Pass Are Subject To Immediate Towing At Owner’s Expense

Only One (1) Digital Visitor Parking pass is valid and active per Suite at any one time.

Digital Visitor Passes are valid for One (1) Twenty Four (24) Hour period.

Passes can be extended for one hour if additional time is required.

Time starts and runs continuously when a pass is activated.

During valid pass times, vehicles have In/Out privileges or can park in any visitor stall.

Vehicles cannot park in Visitor Parking for more than Two (2) Consecutive Twenty Four (24) Hour Periods.

The same vehicle cannot return to Visitor Parking until at least Twenty Four (24) hours have elapsed since the last Visitor Pass ended.

Maximum limit of Eight (8) Twenty Four (24) Hour Passes per plate per month.

Additional or extended Visitor Parking Passes may be requested through the Pass10x system and are subject to Strata Council approval.

Valid SPARC Disability passes must be displayed at all times in any vehicle parked in Disability Stalls or the vehicle parked will be subject to towing.

PARKING NOTICE

THE STRATA MANAGEMENT (the “Operator”) offers parking spaces in this lot under the terms and conditions listed in this notice. The Operator and its agents, employees, or contractors do not accept liability for the custody of parked vehicles, or for property associated with the vehicles, or damage or theft thereof while upon these premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. All persons using or present upon these premises assume all risk of loss or injury however caused, including negligence or otherwise howsoever. The Operator has the right to fine and/or tow and impound vehicles that are parked in this lot in violation of these posted rules.

Residents will ensure that any guest they permit to use a visitor parking stall is informed of and complies with all the requirements of the Strata Property Act, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Strata Corporation, and residents will ensure that all such duties and obligations are fulfilled by such persons. The Strata Corporation may impose a fine for each contravention on the resident who has personally or whose guest has breached the Bylaws of the Corporation in relation to the use of the visitor’s parking stalls.

Do not park in the Visitor Parking if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
