Certain participating properties may utilize licence plate recognition ("LPR") technologies in connection with parking enforcement and permit validation activities.

We use personal information for purposes related to the operation, administration, maintenance, and improvement of the Services. 6. Licence Plate Information
Licence plate information may constitute personal information under applicable privacy legislation where it can reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual or residential unit. Information is shared solely for legitimate operational, administrative, legal, or enforcement purposes. Park10x does not sell, rent or share personal information to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
9. Patrol and Enforcement Practices
Authorized patrol officers and enforcement personnel may access limited information necessary to perform parking enforcement duties. Park10x prohibits the use of its Services for unauthorized surveillance, resident profiling, harassment, discriminatory enforcement, or non-parking-related monitoring activities.
Enforcement records and patrol notes are intended solely for legitimate operational and evidentiary purposes and must remain factual and professionally documented.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill operational purposes, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the security and integrity of the Services.

Property managers, home owner associations and strata councils and the corporations directed by home owner association and the strata corporation members and other organizations using the Services are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to administer parking operations and collect or provide personal information in compliance with applicable laws.
They are also responsible for restricting access to authorized personnel and using the Services responsibly and lawfully. Park10x is not responsible for misuse of information by third parties acting outside authorized operational purposes.

Subject to applicable laws, individuals may request access to personal information held about them, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request deletion of information where legally permissible.
Certain information may need to be retained for operational, legal, contractual, security, or evidentiary reasons. Requests may require identity verification before processing.
